Already in the fourth generation - since 1902 - the demand for the best quality determines our thinking and actions. We adhere to this quality philosophy: starting with our certified branded meat "Hofgut Schwaige" from long-term contract farmers, the daily slaughter at the Munich slaughterhouse, the artisanal production in our butcher's shop in Munich-Obersendling and right up to the shop counter with our friendly specialist staff.
vinzenzmurr - your quality butcher's shop: Our meat of the "Hofgut Schwaige" brand comes from controlled breeding. We also use it to make our sausage specialties and ham. We have already received the Federal Honorary Award 20 times for our quality products. You can also expect: fresh salads, a select range of cheeses and an extensive range of snacks.
