Our centerpiece is the famous "Biangbiang Miang", hand-pulled noodles from Shaanxi province, known for their wide and long shape and their characteristic clapping sound when prepared. The concept of "Shang Miang" is based on the idea of presenting authentic Shaanxi cuisine and preserving the traditional art of noodle pulling. Our noodles are lovingly made by hand by experienced masters in the art of craftsmanship. Each noodle is pulled with care and precision to achieve the perfect texture - silky smooth yet firm to the bite.
