The Mobile Service Point, which opened on Monday, November 23, 2020, on the 2nd basement floor, offers the following products and services:
- Arranging DSL and mobile phone contracts (1&1 and Yourfone), O2, Pyür, Ay-Yildiz, probably from week 52
- Repair point for smartphones and tablets (laptops in the near future)
- Sale of cell phones and the associated accessories
- Money transfer via a provider (Kaymaks), in the future also probably via the providers RIA, Western Union and ACE
- Sale of Flixbus tickets
- Sale of concert tickets
- Buying and selling used smartphones and tablets
- Sale and registration of prepaid SIM cards and the associated top-up cards
- Copying, printing, scanning, faxing and laminating services
