In our food stall we serve original Chinese Jianbing and Guabao alongside our well-known range of dumplings.
Jianbing are hearty wraps that we make fresh for you using mung bean dough with delicious fillings and spicy sauces. Choose your favorite Jianbing from several different varieties!
Guabao are deliciously filled, hearty yeast dumplings for when you're a little hungry between meals. Quickly prepared for you and great to take away.
We attach great importance to the quality of our ingredients. We get our meat fresh from the Märtz butcher's shop in Munich. All dumplings are lovingly formed by hand in our own factory near Munich, tasty and without glutamate, because quality and your health are important to us.
