The popular Austrian bowl concept is now also bowling in the Stachus Passages in Munich. Fat Monk offers internationally inspired bowls that have been refined with traditional, regional preparation methods and extravagant and seasonal ingredients. Consisting of a base of rice, quinoa or salad, they are filled with proteins, a colorful mix of greens, toppings and a fine mayo (according to Fat Monk's secret recipe) on top. All Fat Monk mayos are vegan, by the way! Create your own bowl according to your taste or choose from our signature bowls. Whether crunchy, soft, with meat or fish, vegetarian or vegan - there is something for every taste!
